Workers stop on Assigned status.

 Hello,
I am getting occurrences of patches stopping with a worker in assigned state.  I restart the worker and the patch continues but I am worried there is an underlying issue.

So far, this has happened with patch 14307553 on file APXWTGNR.rtf and patch 13418800 on file hxcendtp.pkh.
