r12: adadmin Characterset conversion for APPL_TOP failing, Incorrect number of arguments at line 535

Used DMU to convert Database Characterset from "WE8ISO8859P1" to "AL32UTF8".Our LANG currently is :
LATIN AMERICAN SPANISH
AMERICAN

Then ran adadmin in EBS R12.1.3 Application Tier to convert the same for scanning and creating manifest file.

Its failing in between:
/xml/oag71
Incorrect number of arguments at line 535 of temporary output file:
/u02/app/applmgr/apps/apps_st/appl/admin/SANDEBS/out/file_list.txt
Expected 2 arguments, found 3

Backing up restart files, if any......Done.

You should check the file
/u02/app/applmgr/apps/apps_st/appl/admin/SANDEBS/log/adadmin_nls_scan.log

for errors.
