When Applying the Patch  10428973  Failed ERROR generating library "resource/JL.plx" from input file  with following Error:

ERROR generating library "resource/JL.plx" from input file
/EBSRIC/applmgr/shared/appl/au/11.5.0/resource/JL.pll

Results of library generation:
(from file /EBSRIC/applmgr/shared/appl/au/11.5.0/resource/JL.err
AD Worker has deleted the original .err file)

Compilation errors on JLBR_SH:
PL/SQL ERROR 201 at line 54, column 2
identifier 'GLOBAL_ATTRIBUTE11' must be declared
PL/SQL ERROR 0 at line 41, column 4
