Patch 9881625 Cannot Be Found for a 12.1.3 Installation

Unable to delete a new asset before depreciation is run

'The Navigation Path is:
Asset > Asset Workbench > Find (button)
1. Query the asset.
2. On the Toolbar, click the red X.'

The red X is disabled so it is impossible to delete.
We cannot find the patch for our version (12.1.3) but only an old patch (Patch 9881625: 1OFF:9586889:12.0.6:12.0.6:12.0.6:R.TST1213:RT:UNABLE TO DELETE ASSET IN PERIOD)
