Parameter label is not aligned as it is in 10g

Hi Team,
we have done a BI Publisher reports upgrade from 10g to 11g . We see that the parameter labels are diaplayed properly in the 10g but after upgrade to 11g the same report label is not properly aligned.

In 11g the prameter labels are restricting to 23 characters and the remaining characters are not displayed.

For example the pramater lable is "Please Enter SubAccount ID" . It is displaying only till Please enter Sub...." remaining characters are ignored.

Can bi publisher team suggest what is the issue or is there any Bug in the 11.1.1.6.0 version of BI Publisher.
