Upgrading single node Grid Infrastructure binaries from 11.2.0.2 to 11.2.0.3

   My customer has a number of Oracle Restart (i.e. one-node GI) installations, in which the databases use ASM. These are currently running at 11.2.0.2, and he wants to upgrade them to 11.2.0.3. I did a quick search on the ISP and found a couple of notes - 1400185.1 (which describes how to achieve the upgrades as part of the process of installing the 11.2.0.3 GI binaries), and note 1434351.1 (which describes a way of achieving the upgrades after performing a 'software only' installation of the 11.2.0.3 GI binaries).
