Accessing Calendar

I have a user who is unable to access her VP's calendar. This issue only popped up after R20 was released. She is a delegated user to the VP in Oracle, but when she goes to open the calendar search, all users populate except 1 of her VP's. Any idea how I can resolve this issue?
