12.1.3 GL Merged Patches Failed: file gl_drill_account_ranges_gt.xdf on worker 1. Linux x86-64

After R12.1.3 upgrade from R12.1.2 we are trying to apply bunch of post upgrade GL patches as per R12.1: General Ledger List of Patches [ID Note 1328833.1].
We merged all these patches (see the list of merged patches in the uploaded patchlist.txt file).
But when we try to apply the merged driver file u_gl_english_merged_patch.drv we are getting the below error. Please advice.
