CIP for Inventory Items

Hi Guys,
Is there a way to create CIP Fixed Assets based on EIB Inventory Items?

Due some user requirements we are trying to create CIP Assets for EIB Inventory Items (Receiving from POs), and we will move to Capitalized status once the items are out of the Inventory.

We currently are at R12.1.3  

I will appreciate your advices.
