Poor performance of Populate Balanace Report GT Data

Hi,
We just moved to R12.1.3 and we are having problems with the end period process, so, we installed some patches in our test instance and finally we can close the period and run the Accounting Program - Assets concurrent program and transfer all Journal Entries to GL.

But when we run the Cost Detail Report it is launching the Populate Balanace Report GT Data concurrent program, it has been running for more than 12 hours and is not finishing yet. Any idea guys?

I just checked this note: Reports Never Complete after Patch 8706842 [ID 973657.1]
The suggested patch number is: 8946711, but It is already applied in my test environment.
