Hi,RDA (Remote Diagnostics Agent) is a tool used to gather information pertaining to an Oracle Communications application installation, and generate a report.  The intent is to attach the report to Service Requests (SRs) at creation time. It will help to decrease the turnaround time of SR resolution.
