Question about "Customers Online Data Librarian" responsibility.

Hi

I have a simple question about "Customers Online Data Librarian" resp.

One customer asked about updating status of AR customer.(Active/Inactive)

I guided the "Customers Online Data Librarian" resp. for updating status.

Customer found that there is no resp. named "Customers Online Data Librarian".

1. Is this "Customers Online Data Librarian" resp. seeded?

2. Is it possible that this resp can't be existed in PROD system?

3. Can customer make "Customers Online Data Librarian" resp. manually?

("IMC_NG_ROOT_MENU" menu is existed in customer system)
