EBS Security model and BIP schduler

Hi All,
BI Publisher is set to security model "Oracle E-business suite". It seems ok when running report online. But when running with scheduler, it seems that it does not pick up the EBS responsibility data security and unable to generate the report correctly. See attached screen dumps for more details.
