ORA-12516, TNS:listener could not find available handler with matching protocol stack
Hi All,
if we want create a RAC DB conenction via DataSource in Weblogic Server, we get the following error:
Listener refused the connection with the following error:
ORA-12516, TNS:listener could not find available handler with matching protocol stack
Is a RAC DB configuartion issue? How can we solve it?
