RPAS 13.4 installation adf version problem

 Hi all,
I am trying to install RPAS 13.4 and in the requirments for fusion the documentation says:
"Oracle WebLogic Server 11gR1 (Release 10.3.5) with Oracle Application Development Framework (11g (11.1.1.6.2 w/p 13956635) and JDK 1.6. If Oracle SSO is used, the Web Tier Utilities 11.1.1.6 must be installed."

However, in Oracle Support there is no 11.1.1.6.2 release available for download. When we search, it is there, but it says that there are no patches.

Any idea where can i find that version, or if I can use 11.1.1.6?
