Reg: Order to Activate Cartridges

Hi ,

We have downloaded the Order to activate cartridges (7.2)  from e delivery and have installed.But we find the OracleComms_OSM_O2A_COM_SalesOrderFulfillment cartridge is missing the content.

(The model folder is empty)   Pls find the screenshot of the contents, For your comments pls
