Horizontal Plan

 Hi Gurus,I want to understand how Horizontal plan is generated in VCP so that I can replicate it in PL/SQL to generate Horizontal plan.
It seems package msc_horizontal_plan_sc.populate_horizontal_plan is generating the horizontal plan and insert data in temp table msc_material_plans, but the package uses other temp tables like msc_form_query, I'm not able to find source of this table.

Any help in right direction in highly appreciated
