Long running issue

We have been having a long running issue since 20/12/2012 with Oracle 10g (production) it is the (narrowcast) report job it runs around 2 hrs but suppose to run below 15 min.

Please help us to find the cause and the solution for this issue.

I have attached the awr and an addm report at the time of job was running
