On hand Quantity

 Hi All, how to increase the Onhand Quanity ?/?

let say our we have maufacturing that much quantity of an item and now me wanted to store that item from manufacturing to the store section from their i can Shipped them to the customer ???

i know it is done through Miscelenous Transaction form  but i am not getting what should the transaction type in it ??? 

i dont have that much specialites in the inventory module and i am also dont what is account alias and aall that ??? kindly suggest me the proper ways plzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
