RMAN Backup is failing

 The RMAN backups and Crosscheck one of the databases has been failing.  The incremental archive log backup worked and then the Incremental Level 0 backup failed and all backups have been failing ever since.The failure is only with one database.  All other databases registered with the catlog are all backing up fine.
This database also has no other access or performance issues.
The backup fails with the following message:

RMAN-03002: failure of CSET command at 12/23/2012 13:46:04

RMAN-03014: implicit resync of recovery catalog failed

RMAN-03009: failure of full resync command on default channel at 12/23/2012 13:46:04

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [13011], [74212], [20992650], [49], [20985766], [0], [], [], [], [], [], []

There are no errors recorded in the Alert log for the database.
