Unable to shortpay all lines in expense report after applying 1I.OIE.K Consolidated patches

We are unable to shortpay all lines in expense report after applying 1I.OIE.K Consolidated patches, however system allows to audit the expense report to shortpay one of multiple lines.

We are using this feature extensively and need to have this feature back, is this controlled in iexpesnes workflow.Can you please help us
