Stock reorder report

hi

I want to use "reorder for stock items". I have defined reorder quantity and supplier for the item.

Now, i have two ways to create reorder.

1. Run report R437002 in Proof mode. Then use Purchase order generator P43011.

2. Run report R437002 in mode 2 - Proof mode & write to work file. Then use Suggested reorder stock items application P4371.

I want to know - what is the difference between those two processes?

Primarily it looks like P43011 is supplier based and P4371 is item based applications.

But, I did not understand the basic difference between those two approaches. Which way should be used in which parameters?
