Redeploy from oc4j console

Hi,
I am using bi publisher version 10.1.3.4.0. I have reinstalled the JDK as some files got corrupted. But i notice that changes have not come into effect. So i how can i redeploy the entire bip java application from oc4j console. Which file should be selected as archive file and how to generate a new archive file ?
