Upgrade to 12.1.1 - Error while Applying AD Minipack R12.AD.B.1 Patch 7461070 as a prerequisite

Hi,

We are in the process of Upgrade our EBS from 12.0.6  to 12.1.1 ...
We are following DOC ( Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1.1 Maintenance Pack Installation Instructions [ID 752619.1] )
Every Thing is OK until we reached :
Applying AD Minipack R12.AD.B.1 Patch 7461070 ( as a prerequisite for 12.1.1 Maintenance Pack Patch 7303030 )
adpatch stopped & the following error is coming :
