Folder Names with Special Characters like $,! etc are not visible in catalog after upgrade from 10g

Hi Team,

we are facing an issue with the reports names that has special characters in the name. These folders are upgraded succesfully but when we tried to upload the repository to catalog we are unable to see that folder.

Can anyone please suggest on this.
