Send email using comm outbound manager and capture bounce back

Hello -
We are are using communication outbound manager to send emails to the customer. Is there any way to capture email bounce back using this process?

I know Siebel Email Marketing Server provides this capability (via ESD (sync) and BHD (async)) but its tightly coupled with Siebel campaign functionality so
not sure whether can leverage it.

Appreciate any help
