Help ewth confirmation of email address

Everytime I log into Oracle support the window pops up to send and email to confirm my email address. I have clicked on the send button many times but it doesn't seem to be working. The email listed in the message is correct.

If someone could help me get past this I would appreciate it as it says I only have until Jan 30 to complete the comfirmation.
