(Patch 6678700) Patch failed at apstca01.sql

ATTENTION: All workers either have failed or are waiting:

           FAILED: file apstca01.sql on worker  1.
           FAILED: file apstca01.sql on worker  2.

Customer in the in the middle of r12 upgrade from 11i.

for the above issue following solution has been provided.

1. Please restore the system before upgrade status.
2. Log on to the Applications.
3. Navigate to 'System Administrator-> Profile-> System'.
