How to migrate partially completed WIP Jobs from 11.5.10 to R12

 Hi All,
We have the below requirement ..

Our client is moving from 11.5.10 to R12  and following the re implementation path , as some other business units of the client is already in R12. Client requirement is to bring discrete jobs , which are partially completed in 11.510 , to R12, so that the client would like to do the remaining operations in R12. Please suggest resolution to accomplish this task.

On an average typically 1700 Jobs will be in partially complete status and the client is having 9 Plants. So total around 15000 jobs will be there in partially complete stage at the time of move. Though they may try to close as many jobs as possible, still sizable numbers of jobs will be there in partially complete status. Client also using OSP and we also need to plan to move these POs and associate them with the jobs.
