batch element entry when navigate to mass information exchange

in batch element entry when navigate to mass information exchange MIX, enter batch name and click on element lines button then choose the elelmnet and when click on assignment and eneter employee assignmnet the system send error message 'FRM-40212: invalid value for field ASSIGNMENT_NUMBER.

when investigate I found the issue bec. the first field in the LOV is Name and not assignment.
