Siebel Data Quality

Hi,we are trying to implement the SDQ for Accounts and Contacts, we were able to get all the Duplicated Accounts and Contacts  in Data Quality Admin view.

My question is how the calculation is done and on what basis we are getting the duplicate records, are there any specific fields that contribute the DeDuplication process,if so can any one please let me know which are all the fields that are to be considered for the SDQ.
