Performance Management Plan A:
We have published the Plan A with eligibility profile based on Grade 7 to 12 and they don’t have objective setting and only competency will be included.
Performance Management Plan B:
We have published the Plan B with eligibility profile based on Grade 13 to 20 and they have both Objective setting and competency.
Observation
An employee with current Grade 12 is getting promoted to Grade 13 effective from 25-Dec-2012. As a consequence the employee is now eligible for Objective.
Step followed:
As a planning administrator, we try to republish the plan and choose the parameter as “Reevaluate Plan Population” for the Plan B (Grade 13 to 20). We also run the concurrent “Mass appraisal creation”. Both the Concurrent ran successfully.
