While Applying Patch 14228433,11077776,14138731 : fails on INVMTXFH.pll,GMETTMTX.fm

We are using oracle applications 12.1.3 and database 11.1.0.7.0 on Linux x86_64.

Yesterday while applying the patches (14228433,11077776,14138731) we got 2 same errors of mentioned patches.
Error details are below.



The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

au resource INVMTXFH.pll


The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

gme forms/US GMETTMTX.fmx


Then we continue to apply the patch.



PATCH 14228433::-

worker 6 (Assigned INVMTXFH.pll file),worker 10 (Assigned GMETTMTX.fmx file).

PATCH 11077776::-

worker 2 (Assigned INVMTXFH.pll file),worker 8 (Assigned GMETTMTX.fmx file).

PATCH 14138731 ::-

worker 6 (Assigned INVMTXFH.pll file),worker 9 (Assigned GMETTMTX.fmx file).

I have enclosed the 3 patch log files and related worker files.
