Account Combination is restricted by Summary Flag

Hi All,
I'm having a problem about the account combination.
I entered a journal and after I select the account combination and click "ok", I got this error:

 APP-FND-01048: Use of this combination restricted by WHERE clause ' ( summary_flag != 'Y' )  '.

I have checked at the account code and this account code is not set as Parent account.
And I checked on account combination form.
I did query this account combination but it's not found.
But when I find by account range, this account combination can be found.

Do you know what's happened with this account?
Could you please advise?
