Not able to Change Effecteive Date of reversed Journal

Hi,

We are in the process of Upgrade from 11i to R12.1.3. When we Reverse Journal We where able to change the Effecteive date of reversed Journal. But in R12  effecteive date is greyed Out.

Eg we pass a  journal 0n 30th November and  the saame is reversd on 05th dec. The period is comming correctley but the date is comming 05Th dec.in 11i after reversla we where able to requery the Journal and change the date.

is this because of some profile options
