Migrate 8.0.6 & 9.0.1 database to 11gR2 on Linux

Hi All,

We have following databases running on old solaris box

Two databases running on 8.0.6

Five databases running on 9.0.1

we are planning to migrate these databases to RHEL server on 11.2.0.3

Please suggest the possible options for migration.I believe any one of the following option would be possible,

1. Export/Import --> This seems ideal for small size database

2. Cold Backup --> for Big size database

3. Transportable - Tablespaces --> Seems this is NOT supported for these older db version

Please help me on best supported method for both smal size & big size databases
