Provisioning Oracle Solaris 11 OS using Enterprise Manager Ops Centre

Hi All,

I want to create a Solaris 11.1 OS Provisioning Profile and Plan using Enterprise Manager Ops Centre. The documentation says " When we create the Oracle Solaris 11 Software Library, a default profile and plan are created for each type of group package and platform. We can copy a default profile to create a new profile and plan. Click Plan Management, scroll down to Profiles and Policies, then expand OS Provisioning. Select default-profile-5.11sparc-Oracle SolarisLargeServer to display the profile in the center pane."

But when I click on OS Provisioning, I do not see any of the default profiles. I proceed to create profile without copying any existing profiles. I am able to create the identity profile but when I proceed to the next screen, "Specify OSP Parameters", I do not see any OS Image. I had imported the Solaris 11 OS image and also created an IPS repository. I have also created the Solaris 11.1 Update Library and the proxy controller also resides on Solaris 11.1. Is there anything else I need to do?

Howdy, Stranger!
