Invalid packages

Hi,

After upgraded from R11 to R12.1.3 the next packages can't compile:
IMT_MATERIALS_PKG_W. Error message: imt_materials_pkg.imt_materials_rec_type must be decared
IMT_MEETINGS_PKG_W. Error message: imt_meetings_pkg.imt_meetings_rec_type must be declared
