Profile Options for Mobile Field Service (web to go user)

Hi,

I'm looking for profile options that need to be set for MFS (web to go) Users.

To be more specific, the issue is as below

When we assign a task to a resource X, login as web to go user in laptop A as resource X. We are able to see the different assignment statuses in LOV. But when we login as same X user in system B, the different assignment statuses are not listing in the LOV.

Are we missing anything in the setups?
