US PAY Vertex Critical Tax Changes - Payroll Tax Q Series
The following changes are effective 1-1-13 and are now available for download in interim update #12/12.01. Pleasee contact our Product Support Center to request a CD ROM.
US Federal (00-000-0000)
Increased supplemental withholding tax rate for wages up to $1 million from 25% to 28%.
Increased supplemental withholding tax rate for wages over $1 million from 35% to 39.6%.
Hawaii (12-000-0000)
Increased SUI wage base from $38,800 to $39,600.
Increased maximum employer SUI tax rate from 5.4% to 6.4%
Increased Employment & Training Assessment wage base from $38,800 to $39,600.
Increased the employer Employment & Training Assessment tax rate from 0% to .01%.
