R12.1.3: How to Verify the Correct AP Patches to be Applied

VPC Team member opened this thread for the customer.

We upgraded from 11i into R12.1.3 early in 2012.
However, we are noticing that we are way behind on the patches (collection patches).
We want to apply all outstanding recommended patches/collection patches per module.
So, please let me know how to check were I am on AP and what I need to apply for AP.
