Vertex Critical Federal Changes

     Hi Shelly,

  We just received critical Vertex change for Federal increased supplemental withholding tax and the increased and the Social Securtiy Rate will JDE have an ESU to update any of these Tax changes?

Will we need to be expecting an update for these changes?
