Error in HRMS Web ADI - ERROR : A parameter list must be passed to use this integrator

We are on 11.5.10.2.

While accessing Web ADI with integrator as 'HR People Details' at the time of create document we are getting error

ERROR : A parameter list must be passed to use this integrator.

For this we refer note - 399818.1 and run the command -

 

But still no fourth rwo inserted into table
