2013 Budget Data won't upload from ADI into the General Ledger.

Error message: Required upload column was not in upload and no default value was generated


NOte: There is a current budget for 2012 that has the budget duration mentioned from Jan 2012 to Dec 2013. Instead of ending up to Dec 2012. Do you think this is a cause for the issue. when we are trying to load data in to 2013 budget that is from Jan 2013 to Dec 2013.
