Recover database after disk failure

Hi,
Our server has crushed due to a multiple disk failure and I want to recover my database after reinstalling the system !
So the situation is like below:

* the OS and Oracle Software are installed on the server disks (RAID 50 not recoverable)
* the instance on the SAN (still ok)

My question is: if I do reintsall software grid/database without reisntalling the instance I am Ok with that ?

OS: RHEL 5.5
Database 11gR2 (11.2.0.2 standalone)
