Base tables are not populating with complete data

Hi Team,

We are having four local environments, In that one Environment in SIM DATABASE base tables are not populating complete data.

I have checked in one enviroment in as_itm_rtl_str table we are having only three records means three store details are ranged but wheni  cross checked with other three environments. In that everything is working fine.

Afetr my observation i felt like it might be installation/migraton issue. If it is so how can i proceed further.

Could you please sugegst.
