Search for Expense Reports of subordinated employees

In Internet Expenses it is not automatically possible to search for the expense reports of my employees (the employees to which I am the supervisor).

I expect this search possibility at Internet Expenses / Expense Reports. By default I can only see my own expense reports there. Only if an employee manually provides access to his expense reports for me I can search for his /her expense reports here. Isn`t the supervisor automatically allowed to do so?
