Hi,

I am an apps dba and looking for a generic procedure to apply customizations deliver by different groups of developers.

Is it allow to use apatch to apply customizations which are made by developers or are all the AD utilities only reserve for maintenance directed by Oracle Support?

Oracle Application Change Management Pack for Oracle E-Business Suite is a solution, but it is not free of charge
