ISSUE with the targets in the OEM

Hi,

Tagets in the grid console are showing status up but when I click on the target DB then it is showing down the status. I have attached the screenshot FYR.

I have removed the targets and reconfigured but no use, then I have stop the agent, clearstate, secure, start the agent but even though there is no use with this.

Please assist me with this.
