Changing Batch Report to Prompt for versions

Hello All

Can anyone tell me what are teh steps necessary to change a batch report on the menu to prompt for the version list when selected instead of the automatic selection of one version. The specific version per company has to be selected from the version list. Currently the report selects a single version and openes the data selection when clicked upon.
